I literally have ADHD and cleaning up disorients my OCD.
That’s it, that’s literally all it is.
I have pretty much stopped reducing physical clutter because it just does not feel right.
And because I always end up placing my prior clutter out of sight to where I now have cluttered drawers.
But, emotionally, I’m working on it.
I think my previous posts can show you how that process is going.
And, in all honesty, my entire life is clutter, clutter is my life.
